The one thing, practice or thought that can always boost your motivation is…
Reading. I find taking the time to read or learn about something new is very inspiring and motivating to me. I may not always have free time but if I do I spend it reading. I currently challenge myself to read 3 books a month. I see reading as access to free condensed knowledge so I always get motivated after reading a good book.
The best thing any one ever told you is…
You are more than enough. I tend to have imposter syndrome in many aspects of my life and am still growing to know that who I am is enough. I am beginning to believe it and see how the shift in my mindset positively impacted all aspects of my life.
One thing that is special about your career and/ or business is…
We are a platform dedicated to connected women professional to women career coaches. We spend our days curating and finding inspiring women career coaches around the world so women professionals have access to go-to career coaches and resources. Its our goal to be able to help every woman professional reach theirs’.
