Jo Painter is a leading International Career, Leadership and Confidence Coach. Following a 17 year rewarding corporate career Jo has spent the last 12 years working with and researching what it takes to be a successful career woman. As well as working with hundreds of women to achieve recognition, impact and career success.

The one thing, practice or thought that can always boost your motivation is…

My client’s reaction when they have that ‘aha’ moment or insight around another way of perceiving their issues.

The best thing any one ever told you is…

I Am Enough, I Have Always Been Enough, I Will Always Be Enough – Reese Evans

One thing that is special about your career and/ or business is…

The opportunity to combine my love of coaching and passion for developing others with my corporate experience. And making a small difference to the workplace for my teenage daughter and all women to come.

Jo started the coaching business 12 years ago after taking voluntary redundancy. A serious illness knocked her confidence and sense of purpose and led her to focus on supporting women who struggle with self-belief or are stuck in their careers. She has worked with organisations such as Amazon, Ford, and Lloyds Bank and regularly appears in the press and on Sky News. Her book ‘GOOD ENOUGH – A Career Woman’s Guide To Courage, Confidence and Credibility’ is published in January 2020.
